Reporting to our Head Baker this is an experienced bread baker position with a very competitive rate of pay and a great opportunity as we expand and grow our bakery and Organic bread range.

The right person should have and strong working experience of naturally fermented sourdough bread and a keen interest in additive free natural ingredients.

This role will continue to be well rewarded as we grow. We have a generous team profit share (following successful probation). We will help with accomodation and transport.

The role will involve:

• Be responsible for all daily production, scaling, mixing, shaping, and baking of all our bread and dough pastries.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, organised workspace.
• Following HACCP regulations

The right person should have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an artisan bakery setting
• knowledge of natural fermentation and sourdough bread baking is an advance
• A passion for great food with additive free natural ingredients
• An ability to work well with colleagues.
